Physical products
All items in our Store are handmade. When you buy at the Cute Book Store, each order is made specifically for that customer. That is why each item has a different deadline for making and this information is specified in each listing. Delivery Information
Domestic shipping
All orders with free shipping are shipped by USPS First Class Mail (3 – 10 days). The order will be placed in the post office after our deadline in an appropriate package to ensure that the item arrives safely to you and the tracking number will be available to accompany the delivery to you.
For orders without free shipping, the customer can choose the best option at the end of the order, and the cost will be included in the total at your checkout.
International shipping
We ship internationally as well. However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. We strongly recommend choosing an insured delivery service. Additionally, it is important to remember that international shipping can take up to one month.
Tracking of shipments
We ask you to note that Cute Book Store has no control over the package once the order is placed in the post office. Therefore, you must follow through with the tracking number available in the detail of your order.
Lost packages
Please note that Cute Book Store cannot open any cases against the post office on behalf of the client, but if you need any help please contact us.
Before finalizing the purchase
You have to make sure that your shipping address information is accurate. Please review your information and make the necessary updates.

Returns and Exchanges
Our priority is always to provide excellent service to the customer. However, when you receive your item something bothers you, contact us first so that we can find a solution together following:

Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for return the product in its original condition and also for any loss in value.
